Millstone River 6/16

Skillfullangler and I decided to hit a new stretch of the millstone tonight. Fished for 2 hours or so till dark. Managed a largemouth 2 pickerel and a decent size channel cat on a husky jerk. That was a first for me, thought i hooked a big smallie or maybe even that hard to find millstone pike. Nope, just a channel cat that smashed my husky jerk. I also lost a nice smallie on a zara spook that put on a pretty cool show as it jumped about 4 ft out of the water then fell off as i was lifting it into the boat. Been a good weekend.. maybe tomorrow will bring more[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

That is the "i only caught a dinky pickerel in the last week" face. lol
