Perch fishing 3/15

fished a spillway yesterday in northern jersey and it was loaded with perch.. kept a few for the pan and released the rest to swim again.. caught them on a pink trout magnet two feet below a float- tipped it with waxworms or trout worms.. sometimes nothing at all
