Default New to saltwater great experience on the Gambler

Got a chance to get out on the Gambler night wrecking , had a great time, a bunch a sea bass and couple of the guys I was with got into some blues. The crew was awesome and went above and beyond helping everyone. Definitely will be booking another trip soon.

Love to hear experiences like this... Glad you enjoyed it and tip of the cap to the crew of the Gambler for taking such good care of you.

For others who might be intimidated about going out on the ocean for the first time, there's really nothing to be worried about. The waters warm, jump in!

You can walk on the boat with no equipment, bait or experience and the Captain and crew will get you all set up and take care of everything. All you need to do is let them know it's your first time, and they'll be sure and watch out for you. They want to see you again and it sounds like they will.

MM, it's a pleasure to have you on board. You followed the advice that was given and sucked up information like a sponge. Don't forget that there are other fishing options available. November Stripers will be here before we know it. Feel free to pm me anytime with any questions and I'll try and help. There is such a wealth of fishing knowledge on this site that you can tap. I'm just a hack in comparison to some of the members on this site. Don't be afraid to ask questions. We all want you to catch fish. I have learned so much from my fellow members and enjoy reading their reports. Tight lines and fair seas.
