Things started off slow on an NNJ lake yesterday. The bite was nonexistent til about 2 in the afternoon when some Perch and good sized Crappie decided to show up. Jig bite stayed solid til dark and finally got some flying flags around 3 pm. I was getting worried as this place hasn't been producing much lately. Managed to land 3 Pickerel and 2 LM during the afternoon flurry. Good day out there with some stellar ice fishing weather! I was comfortably standing on 8-11 inches of ice with very little melt-age going on! Heres the big BUCKETMOUTH of the day measuring a hair over 20 inches! No weight on her, she seemed to be a little roughed up!!! TIGHT LINEZ!!!
FLAGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!
