Delaware trip help needed

I have a free weekend from the girlfriend and a buddy has a pass from the wife and kids. Wanted to do an overnight trip somewhere and considering that it's still spawning season for bass and in NY most counties where I go are closed until 3rd weekend of June I was thinking going to the Delaware. I could use some advice on where to go to camp for a night and launch a boat and still have a decent amount of water to get the thing around. Inflatable with 5 horse outboard. I was thinking the campground on old mine road but have never been there. I think there a launch very close to there. Any help wold be great.

Never fished the delaware. What should I be targeting?
