Rising Sun Lake

Fished it the last 2 days with not even a nibble. Tried everything in my arsenal (senkos, spinners, jigs, fly rod, etc...) and nothing. Still new to freshwater so I'll chalk it up to not being in the right place at the right time. Walked almost the entire perimeter of the lake and only saw a couple minnows. Anyone know when this place usually starts to get going?
