Passaic River 4/3 some trout and lots of dead carp

Hit the Passaic in an effort to get on the board for the smallie contest. No bass but managed 6 browns and 2 bows. Also counted 16 dead carp at the boat launch. Most appeared to be pierced by arrow. Nothing against those who bow fish, but please clean up after yourselves everyone.
