![]() Look good Tony. Going any heavier than the 12 for the bigger sizes? Some days the 14-16oz are the ticket to catching the fish when weight counts due to current etc....

![]() No not RO, these are same molds (SCollins) MOLDS but i'm using better componants. stainless x-long lure eyes. Good surgical tubing not plastic tubing(stretches better and holds up to toothy critters better)
ro uses brass swivels to coat better at the plater i use nickle-for stronger swivels. Swivels don't coat as well but they are stronger. Swivels do break/fail and are a common complaint in some jigs. i eliminated the concern by using roscoe or american. Don't buy from anyone to re-sell--I pour all my own stuff! When i first started out i would have some guys pour for me to build up inventory and do some items i didn't have molds for --but i have not used anyone else for at least three years or more all my items are done in-house by my wife and I,,only thing i send out is the plating work. Truthfully ro only sells and all items are made by someone in Northeast PA. Nice stuff but he is looking for price point--i have chosen to make a premium product--you get what you pay for my dad always said. Last edited by PALMERS TACKLE; 09-05-2013 at 06:43 AM.. |
