Tried this again tonight but used it less the bread crumbs and frying to stuff and bake some Fluke... Delicious!!! Stuff and roll your Fluke fillets and bake for 20 mins on 350.

Damn good, had to cut down on the green pepper though and did a 1/2 panko to 1/2 seasoned crumbs. Also, made some of them into smaller sized round shape (if I say balls you know what the reply will be) and the dip was da shizzle

I made your crabcakes the other night and only changed to Panko Crumbs. Love em' Had them the last couple nights for dinner.... thanks for sharing the recipe!!
