Still being discussed is
A) the real problem: THE QUOTA is too SMALL based on the real stocks so there is a slim possibility that could change.
B) Status Quo (Last years regs) but that takes other states to agree and we all know fishermen and working together:

Support your fishing groups as you may not think so but we cant affect change without it. Could it all be better, of course but without it
