Beef Jerky or Venison
3 lbs. lean beef or venison
1 tbsp. salt
1 level tsp. insta cure
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce this can be substituted with Terriaki
1/4 to 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Slice the meat with the grain about 1/4" thick, marinate for 24 hrs. in refridge.
Dry in the oven at 200* F til it is still pliable.
