I still did not want to call it quits just yet and went back to the state park to fish for some crappies and or perch. the ice was still good and i went over by where you guys were on Sunday just down a bit from were you guys were and got into some decent perch 5 of them from 7"to 11" and two slimers one of them was 5lb 7oz weighed in at dows. the fish scared all the perch away so i took it to dows and joe is going to release it in the morning it is recovering in his hospital tank:rolleyes: it wont terrorize the perch at the park anymore;) hoping to get one more morning at the park before it all melts away:( we had a great ice season lets hope we get the same next year. fish porn below.
