Default Gulp

I think we've covered this before but here we go again. I am sick of these gulp baits coming apart so easily. I mean is it just me or do yall feel the same way, I think theyve gone to a softer material. I just spent a Benjamin on alternative soft plastic baits, NOT GULP! Kind of like F'it got to try something new or go back to dragging bait.

I’ve been using & catching Zoom 5” flukes (basically a jerk shad soft plastic) & dabbing some Pro Cure Flounder Pounder gel on it.

Been wanting to try the ZMan 6” curly trail grubs. Might pick up one prior to my next trip and give them a go. Only think I heard about Zman’s is that the are more buoyant than other soft plastics (yes, I know Zman is not a true soft plastic)

You buying old stock somewhere ?
They actually went to a different formula the end of last year .
Those baits are much firmer than they have been the last few years .
I’m personally trying to use all my old stuff up so that I only have the newer stuff .
