Default Powder fluid bed problem question?

Built this bed. All sealed tight as a drum. Good double fitting aquarium pump. Coffee filter to hold powder. No "fluid" no matter what pressure. Thought it might be cheaper H Freight powder so I tried some Pro-tec. Still nothing. Any ideas?

process of elimination
sacrifice that filter and fit the air lines with check valves. flood it with water while you have it running and see what ya get.

Thank's I'll go with low pressure. Luckily I saved this pump when the tire connect broke. I'll hook it up to a 12v transformer/battery charger I have and see what happens. I do have the valves but took them off to see if they were the problem. If that don't work I'm going back to the salt shaker method!

I built one too and could not get it to work with any of the recommended filter materials. I bought these on ebay and the work great...https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Diameter-...-/170772713026

Hi, build my fluid beds, two outlet aquarium pump, combine the two tubes in one with a splitter and have a outlet valve in pvc and use brown paper bag for filter in bed. Use harbor freight white powder paint all the time with no problem. Wish the had chartreuse could save a ton of money. If still does not work maybe something wrong in the construction. Have even built a big one for
mojo heads up to 24oz with no problem. Hope this helps.

I finally figured it out. I wasn't putting enough powder in. Takes quite a bit to get it going. Shortened the top stack now it works great.
