Default 19.5 lber on 4 lb test pic

Caught and released with my homemade corn meal bait on a #14 gold treble hook that got crushed. It was very difficult to land because its tail was too slippery.

What made you switch to 4 lb test? :P

How's hook removal with these guys? Ive only hooked them on their shell, was pretty easy using needlenose pliers. I wouldnt know what to do if they ate it however.

There are too many snappers in Robert G. Martin Lake so I use 4 lb test there for ultralight carping. Biggest carp I caught there was only 6.75 lb. Biggest snapper was 33 lbs. If hook removal is difficult, I let them keep it.
