My heartfelt condolences to Mike's family and friends... any man who knew Mike was by far the better for it. I'm gonna miss the ball busting and his jokes, that's for sure.
I'm sure that many of you have better stories about mike, but the one that sticks out in my mind was after I got skunked on the monger blackfishing, I had barely made it out of the parking lot without a phone call from mike: "Just wait until I get back to my computer....this is gonna be all over NJfishing.com!" Mike could bust balls with the best of them, that's for damn sure. Fair winds, following seas, and center ice seats up there.

Very sad day
. RIP Mike. Bucktailing on the TNT and togging on the monger will never be the same without you. I've never laughed so hard as I did fishing with mike. He will be greatly missed. |

I have been offline and just saw this post.....I am devastated. Mike.. you were an incredible friend to the fishing community and the best ball buster I knew.....Tight lines in heaven my friend !!!! You will be remembered for your sense of humor and big heart .....my sincere condolences to the family....

Horrible News.. I will never forget the first time I met LAB. Put a post up that I had a table at the Point Flea Market and he was the first person their to give me a NJ Fishing welcome. Brought me a cup of coffee and talked with me for 20mins. Terrible loss for the fishing community, but he will never be forgotten. RIP LAB!

Haven't seen LAB in quite some time, but we wet many a line together over the years...he was a great guy, and his quick wit always made the slow drifts seem to go just a bit faster...RIP my friend
