Default Jonah Crab HELP!!!

Got three big boys sitting in my sink. Any great way to cook these other then the way I normally cook blue claws, in a beer bath Any suggestions within the next couple hours would be great.

I don't know why you have 3 Jonah crabs sitting in your sink but cook em just like a normal blueclaw.

i like em steamed.. they are a sweet crab as it is.. dont mask their flavor.. i dont even use butter.. those babys are good!

Cooked them in 5 natty ice beers, an onion, old baby, and mustard. Dear jesus they were awesome.

Had them again today. Decided to deep fry them once cleaned out. Did the same with some lobster tail (thanks reel nauti) AMAZING

I had this great dish a few weeks ago. The chef made Lobster tail in the style of chicken parm and served it over spaghetti. It was FREAKING AWESOME.

please dont ever talk about fish and red sauce and cheese in the same topic... YAAAAAAAAAAAAK!!! seafood and cheese do not go together.. kinda like drum parm.. GROSS! hahah


But i will allow you to talk about shellfish in that manner, because i am one person who loves shrimp and lobster parm.. but fish parm just doesnt work well! lol
