Default Pistachio baked cod

This is so easy and so good:

Preheat your oven to 350F

Ingredients are few and simple.

Purchase a small bag of shelled pistachios. Place them in a zip lock back and beat the crap out of them with any type of mallet until they are all crushed up.

Take fillets and pour a little olive oil on them, put in a baking dish. Add garlic powder, a littler cajun spices or old bay.

Then add the crushed pistachios to the top of the fillets and toss into the oven until they are flaky. Usually 25 minutes in our oven.

The pistchio contains natural oils that have a ton of flavor and makes all fish really tasty.

I have used this recipie for cod, backfish, sea bass, fluke and ling. They were all excellent.
