Default Loading Bomers?

does anybody know how to load bomers sucessfully? ive tried and failed too many times. my problems are getting the oil in the lure and closing up the hole after im done. thanks.

Use some fast set epoxy- the ones with the self mixing tips,fill it up , tape it off ,and let it set :evenly,front,or rear weighted,
