Default Greenwood Lake Public Launch Access

Haven't seen an update in a while on the status of this initiative. Anyone have any idea if the politicians ever came to their senses and approved a public launch site? It's sad what it takes in a state with the amount of money fresh and salt water fishing adds to the economy and small businesses to have to beg for funding on something which should have been grandfathered in a long time ago.

Do the fish that are stocked in greenwood get paid for by license fees??.. If so, both NJ and upstate NY fishermen are get screwed royally. They are paying for fish that only a few elite's that either live on the lake or keep their boats at the private marinas can access,,, Nice deal for those with the money... Its sickening, and needs to be rectified now.. As bad as NY is in other areas, I give them credit for the access provided to fresh water fishermen for the most part. . They are pretty good that way...bob

Does the attached article mean a public marina and public access was approved for Greenwood Lake and all lakes which receive stocking through New Jersey license fees regardless of whether they're private or public?
