Default Fluke dinner

Hi guys!!
My girlfriend Linda just cooked my fluke with her incredible secret sauce!! Unbelievable dinner guys!! Hopefully going out this week a couple of times...
This weather is terrible..
PS...can’t wait for blackfishing!!

I let my wife cook my fresh catch once, that was the end of that ! I didn't marry her for her cooking. Nice job on the plate shot, always glad to see someone enjoying their catch.

That "secret" sauce looks similar to what I make.. its an old italian thing ,, Its basically a mixture of olive oil, garlic, capers, tomatoes, maybe a little splash of white wine, I also use chopped black olives. Its cooked down for a few minutes, and poured over the cooking fish, and allowed to cook together a minute or two .. I imagine you can bake the fish in it as well, but I usually do it all in a frying pan.

Its REALLY good!

Last Fridays dinner, two of my favorite things to catch in the water. (no special sauce).

Seasoned flounder fillets topped with lump crab stuffing.
