Default Shrimp Alfedo

1# fetticini
1 qt heavy cream
8-10 cloves garlic minced
3 T Butter
Salt
pepper
Onion powder
40-50 lrg or extra large shrimp peeled and deveined
2 cups grate# parmesan ccheese
Miller Lite

First, crack open a cold Miller Lite
In a 3 qt sauce pan, melt 1 1/2 T butter and saute 4 cloves garlic
Drink more Miller
Preheat oven to 375 while sauteing garlic
Add cream to sauce pan. be careful not to burn cream
Start to boil water for pasta
Bring cream to gentle simmer and add grated chese stirring constantly
Bring back to sinmer stirring ocassionally as to not burn cheese and cream
Season to taste with salt pepper and onion powder
Simmer til desired sickness. (Should be able to coat spoon)
In a 8x12 oven safe glass pan melt 1 1/2 T butter then add garlic
Place pan in oven and bake the garlic til golden
Add shrimp
Cook in oven for 8 min, turning after 4 min
Crack open another Miller
Cook pasta al dente
Add sauce and shrimp to pasta
Will serve 4

I will give this a try. But I will definitly substitute Yuengling for Miller Lite.

Saltman, I actually like the Miller li8ght aas well. One of my friends is a good cook, and he likes the Yuenling. As long as it beer!
