You are right about that one! No point in feeling lousy if you don't have too. Too often I see people get sick on these trips and it can be avoided.

I might agree on that one. I've only been out that far a couple times. One time I was okay, the other time, I didn't get "sick" per say. But man did I not feel right for quite some time during it. Of course we were in 5-7' rollers for hours.
