i think we liked scoward's idea of not posting fish until the payment deadline is over, right? so people don't get scared off from entering?

so if you get a fish before the 31st how about just do a placeholder post like "i got a perch" or "i got a wally" and email eddie the pictures. then on the 31st edit your post and put the pics in there.

Hey guyz and girlz! Make sure to check the rules for this contest on the 1st page. We added a new rule to keep things interesting. New rule is in red print. Also, make sure you have a clear visible tape and make sure your entries mouth is closed when taking your pics. Make sure you print out a couple copies of the MYSTERY ITEM just in case 1 happens to fly away. This happens all the time on those pleasant days when the winds blowing 30-40 mph, LOL! See you guyz out there soon, very soon!!! Let's get this going!

Before I get back to my silly smack squawking can I make a serious suggestion...

Put the part about bumping the fish against something in red too. The difference between a fish laying on top of a ruler and that same fish and ruler bumped against something can be up to a quarter inch, trust me! Let's not put good old Edward in an awkward spot, bump that fish for an accurate measure and get that tail as close as possible to the mark lines if not touching it!

Ok get back to your skim ice private ponds!
