Default Trinidad12 advice

I'm having a black hole 731m built was thinking about pairing it with a trinidad12 for bottom fishing any thoughts on this combo

I've got a trinidad 12 on a custom black hole. I only fluke fish with it and couldn't ask for a better set up. You won't be disappointed.

Unless you're getting a steal on one, I'd go Daiwa Saltiga 10 or 15 over the Trini. Cheaper and smoother then the Trini with similar drag and line capacity.

Totally agree, for the money......saltist is a great reel.

Really save some serious cash buy a Penn Fathom 25 n , one the very best reels I own ! I have several each Saltist & Saltigas none better than Penn which I used hard for five seasons ! Liked it so much bought several more last season.
They have several sizes but 25N is a great offshore bottom reel !
