was out at wayway on sunday, nada. Been out a bunch of times previous. only managed to pickup a few pickerel. Must be doing something wrong

I have snap weights and running a lure, trolling on a kayak.

Was out in March also, had three good hits and didn't hook up, one was on a Rapala, one on a large single blade Mepps firetiger spinner and the other on a silver spoon. Haven't been out since, marked tons of fish on the other side on the east shore over 20-30 feet nothing would hit. Have u fished herring on WayWay?
