Default Strike guard

Can anyone tell me where I can find strike guards like the attached picture? I used to use them upstate NY and can't find them anywhere

Haven't see those in some time...used them up on lakes in Western NY as well...

Open bail and put Rubber band around the front of the rod handle, put your line under it and the fish will pull it out.
