Default jig fest on smallies and crappie

I'm going to keep shoving iced fish down the fat lady's throat til i can get my boat back in the water

We targeted the smallies and had a pretty good bite sunday (not so much monday), with two of us catching 7 of them between 15-19.5" including one tanker for each of us. We also had a pretty sweet paper mouth bite, with plenty of 11-12" fish, that turned on and off both days, all day.

Best day on the ice for me in a few seasons...I used to do most of my ice fishing without any tip ups at all, so this was right up my ally just like the good ol' days (tip ups didn't do crap all day except for a few pickerel haha)

Smallies are one of my favorites to catch, has to be a hell of a lot of fun through the ice!
