This one knot can do it all UNI KNOT !
Splice lines
Make loop connections
Tie on lures , swivels etc connects lines of different diameters
Works on braids simply use more turns
Fly line leader connections
Form a dropper for fly fishing etc
Quick n easy !

the balloon knot... it's a bit stinky but it gets the job done just kidding the improved clinch works well for most lures.

Tom I also use a double uni from the braid to the leader. I use a clinch knot from the leader to the lure to save on line. I find Palomar knots use up more line to tie
