20 + lb. Musky on a Crappie Rod
Out last night with a client from Fairlawn. We managed two nice walleyes (5 and 6 lbs.). I'm throwing a big Rapala on a B & M Crappie Rod and I get slammed. Then this giant musky clears the water.....under the boat...pulled rod right down to handle/reel seat.....10 minutes later we get the fish....UNBELIEVABLE....on a large plug intended for a large walleye and 8 lb. test. Fish swam off fine....enjoy! We were also visited by a GIANT Hawk Moth....the size of a small bat...humminbird....its eyes glowed like an alien.....what a neat insect...tried to capture a nice pic but couldn't because it was flapping it's wings.... Capt. Dave
PS: sorry for poor pics....new camera trying to learn how to use it.....Take Care |
