Default Echo Lake 3/3/19

Banner day on trout held over from fall stocking at Echo Lake. They really do manage to last here. Got four in only a few hours, my eldest son (3) reeled in the big one!

And judging by that smile, had a blast doing it. Way to turn a dreary winter day into a special day, congratulations!

It's photos like that which make the $10.50 for a trout stamp seem like a bargain. Good going Matt and son!

Glad to see the cormorants didn't get them all. I neither caught nor saw any caught in several visits in the fall. The fish looked nice and healthy too.
