Default Battery recommendation

Looking for a group 27 sealed battery for a 55lb thrust Endura Max Minn Kota. Battery will be dedicated to the trolling motor and I'd like to be in the MK rated area of 100 amp hours. The batteries I'm seeing in this range are dual purpose, does anyone know of a deep cycle AGM in this class that's not a starting battery as well?

Why do you want to go with an AGM? Vibration or mounting issue?

Why be concerned its a start/deepcycle as opposed to deepcycle alone?

Just trying to get a feel for why you want what ya want.

FWIW, Ive been using Interstates for years and years. Absolutely swear by em.
Currently running a pair of SRM-27's.

Was looking for a maintenance free battery, it will be lugged in and out of my truck/boat each time. Since it's an electric only application I was hoping to find a dedicated deep cycle.

I think most agm batteries are suitable for both deep cycle and starting...Charlie

If you're not using it for starting this looks like a great choice.... 100 amp hours is a good rating and better then you are going to get from most other batteries. I believe the AMG batteries require special charging so if your current battery charger is not equipped with an AMG setting you'll need a different charger.
