I use a 4' piece of chain attached to the bottom eye of the wreck anchor with a shackle.
Then tie wrap using (2) 6" long 1/4" tyraps to the main eye at the top of the anchor.
It holds well enough that the tyraps only break IF it gets stuck , and then allows the reverse pull to get it out.

I use Papa's Angels capt Joes wreck anchor.
I have found if I get straight above it and just let the boat rock for a half a minute most times the slack pops it free without having to fight pulling it up.

His anchors grab quick and hold really well with very little scope

For our 20' HS I found that smaller zip ties work better, tried one of the larger 1//4" type and had a hell of a time trying to break it with the boat or us doing the work, same as hammer said with two more on the shaft to keep the chain in line with the shaft just a lighter zippy, you don't need much it's just to hold it inline to let the anchor and rode hold parallel.
