Friday on the Muskie and S.B. Raritan - 3/18
Took advantage of the warm weather and fished several deep runs on the Musky and South Branch. The water was a bit high and running pretty fast but relatively clear. Used CD-3 rapalas only. Caught 2 bows and 1 brookie at the Musky. The brookie was about 17 inches the bows around 15. I caught 3 bows and 1 brookie at the South Branch. Once again the brookie was a little over 17 inches and the bows around 15 inches. All the fish were in great shape, surprisingly fat considering the winter we had. All the fish were released for the opening day madness.

Thanks. I wanted to hit a lake for bass today but decided not too as I thought the waters were closed.

Good report for March, like I said, if your catching in March (the toughest month I think) your doing something right !
Thanx for checking in. Some seasonal TCA's are open, check the regs.
