Default South Branch Trouting

Fished upstream of Califon this afternnoon. Water was high, a little discolored, and much colder. Fish were finickey. Banging my lures but not hooking up. Finally caught one brown and one rainbow on butterworms. Not one fisherman on the whole stretch.
Lots of domestic and wild ducks doing the wild thing on the banks. Started missing my wife and came home early. LOL (It was raining anyway.)
