Default Scum line

Does anyone know of a good cheap way to remove the scum line. I know On/Off works that seems so expensive any thoughts?

west marine hull cleaner works pretty good and a bottle lasts a long time

Liquid pool chlorine or toilet bowl cleaner. Just watch yourself using either, try not to get it on your hands or to breath any in.

Soft scrub w/ bleach - 3M scrubbe pads , been using for years !
