I thought this site was about fishing. Not crying about people smoking some weed. I get that people should be more discreet about it and respect their fellow anglers. But if you want to have a perfect fishing experience according to your values then book a charter. Now let's get back to fishing instead of bitching!

When I have to throw back 2lb sea bass next month, I will need some kind bud to smooth me out.

If I did nothing, my regs would loose all respect for me and my business and chances are I would loose them. If a State Trooper is on-board (and we have several) that are customers, he could make the Captain take the boat back to port and file charges on the Customer and the Captain. It happened many years ago to a well known Captain at the time.

Get High on the Fishing and the fact that your alive to enjoy it! Besides, you might go scitso!
Well stated

And it should end...right now. Fishing Reports is what I pay for and expect. This has gone to far. I only posted in reply to something about the Party boats, so please, move this to NON-Fishing or delete it Gerry.

If possession for medicinal purposes is legal does that make smoking in public legal? What about being in federal waters and charged by coast guard under Federal Law?

If you are on a vessel that leaves state waters can you be charged with smuggling as opposed to possession when you return to the dock?

I don't know the answers but you may want to do a little research before you spark one up in public. Would hate too see anyone made an example of for something silly.

I thought your name might be an indicator, torchee. I agree too, nothing works better.

Deal with the reality of life straight. No crutches needed here in any way shape or form. Sorry to hear that your days of partying are over because you had to conform to some type of rules and regs to maintain employment. Really, How some people try to justify things never ceases to amaze me.
