Trout opener wild Browns
I opted to hit up a small stream near my home this morning. When I arrived there was one car there but nobody in sight. I worked upstream throwing a small plug and got into some stockers right away. They were coming to hand easily and it wasn't really a challenge after I got a few. The wild Browns were a different story, spooking at the slightest footfall and charging my lure and turning away. I did manage to get three and bailed after an hour of casting.

Re: Trout opener wild Browns
Nice trout !! Maybe think about a small landing net for better and easier photo taking.

Re: Trout opener wild Browns
You're right Andy. I didn't take a photo of the other fish I caught for that reason. I usually leave them in the water and let them go as fast as possible. Taking my phone out took too long. This fish was lightly hooked in the side but was in good shape and released carefully. Thanks for the comeback.
