Default Cleaning of carpet and cloth seats

Ok,On my GW Gulfstream I have carpeting that runs up the side walls down below, it looks kind of dirty and as some mildew spots so I wanted to clean it. A side from just scrubbing it with a cleaner has anyone found any better options? Did not want to use something that may de-laminate it from the wall. Also some cloth seating areas need to be done. I've removed covers from where I could and cleaned them but the ones that are stapled in place are kind of trouble some. Any ideas for theses also. Thanks

If you have black mold stains in the cabin I would probably treat that first or it's likely to come back if you don't and the black mold is especially unhealthy for you so try something like this https://www.grainger.com/product/CLR..._vc=IDPPLARECS

Once you do, this stuff works great for cleaning carpets and fabrics.

You might also get a few of these to leave in the cabin to absorb moisture, especially over winter lay up when the cabin is closed. They help a lot.

Good luck....

You talking carpeting or monkey fur?

For the latter I’ve tried two things. A small handheld carpet shampooer that we use on stairs at home with whatever carpet shampoo I can find. The other is the foaming carpet and upholstery cleaner sold at any auto parts store. Spray on, let it sit and scrub with stiff brush.

I’ve also found simple green to be a good spot cleaner between scrubbings

No matter how you do it, open hatches and run a fan to circulate air so it all dries out thoroughly.

Used the tuff stuff, that worked out very good , really cleaned things up. Also used spray nine on the mold spots. Things worked out great. The bride was pleased. Thanks guys!
