Default Prop service

I have twin F150s with stainless props. The props look good but I as thinking of having them serviced. Is this a waste of money? I don't feel or think there is any vibrations ect.. is there a rule of thumb? Thanks for the input!

If you have no vibrations I wouldn't worry about it Tony...

Gerry is right. Nice smooth edges you are fine. The other reason if there was slippage. Since sheer pins are a gone with leaded gas, the use a rub hub to allow limited slippage.

if things have been hit and stalled the motor you are taxing it. Normally there would be prop blade damage but NOT always. A fouled line in your wheel or running aground in sand will not damage a blade, but will exercise the rub hub.

So if there is no visible damage or forced stalls you should be perfectly fine.
