Default IAC valve

After having one go on me and paying the $280 for a new one, thought I'd do a little googling. 2007 250hp Suzuki

The one with the spring shot is the factory part (with a Mitsubishi emblem on it).

The other one is barren of any symbols, but was $32. Not saying it's a full time replacement, but I might buy a couple just to help me out of a jam should the issue rise again. Put the cheap one in and have a back up ready to go if it only last a month like Hammer said.

Seems like anytime marine or pool is in the description, they add 300%!

Bob, i actaully found the OEM IAC just as you pictured in your other post for 16 bucks, after also paying almost 300 with tax for the one i bought.

Lots of info about buying the valve at auto parts stores, that they are the exact same part.

I did find one article saying the spring in the marine version is different, but its hard to believe if they were different they would have the exact same part number.

At 16 bucks I also think i could just change it out yearly as normal maintenance instead of the 300 part every 4 to five years

BINGO!

I'd also keep a second on the boat just in case.

(Link to the $16 part yo!)
