My 1985 Sea Nymph with 1995 90HP mariner at the Rumson Muncipal Ramp. Great news njtransit on getting that boat. The day i am without a boat I do not want to be above ground.

Looks real good. Did you use the fish attracting bottom paint?

Went from a 14 foot aluminum with a 9.9 which was sold to my cousin so it's still in the family and I bought myself a 17ft skeeter bass/ski boat with 115hp!

I rescued my BLUEFIN 16 SEAHAWK from the scrapheap on CRAIG'S a few years back. It was really rough when I bought, but heck I got it for $600.00 plus a trailer & a few small trees that were growing it so I figured what the hell I like challenges anyway that is why I fish.
For many years I had fished from a 14' PERCEPTION KAYAK-long before it became the rage. I loved fishing the YAK but two bum discs made it impossible so I knew I had to get a real tin boat for me & my best buddy Yuma.

The boat has been gutted & refurbished from the keel up. It has been a work in progress thru the years but it is getting closer to where I it..
This past seasons upgrades were adding the front deck & new FF.

She fishes great though a bit slow & heavy but very stable, especially on big rough water. She is built for the salt so she can take just about anything the fresh H2O can throw @ her.

Next offseason it will be a nice fade paint job...maybe a JETS FLAG OR A JOLLY ROGER.
