Default No More PA Brookies?

To all the "tristate trouters", I read on another website that apparently PA is going to stop stocking brook trout due to gill lice and the fear that it would infect wild trout populations. Anyone else heard about this?

I find it kind of strange considering they have far more wild trout streams and populations and were not concerned about furniclosis? Thoughts?
