Take advantage of technology: http://www.smoktek.com/SmokTek-eGo-1...ase_p_479.html

The new gen e cigs are not the cheap disposable ones you find in gas stations. They perfectly simulate the real thing, from the vapor to the throat hit.

I switched over to vaping 3 years ago. As far as I'm concerned, it's the same as quitting, w/o the pain. No need to be a masochist about it, PM me with any questions.

I too quit smoking after 25 years with e cigs.

I wouldn't reccommend the ones in the gas stations.

They work but are very expensive.

The kit listed above is OK but I would reccomed a variable voltage battery and a protank as the best starter.

Drop me a line and I can point you in the right direction.

Don't try all at once, change your smoking habit by not lighting up at the same time every. If you take a smoke break every half hour make it one hour, or 45 min.
Change some thing every day Good Luck

Everybody quits differently , get the E-Cig , they work/worked for my wife - Chew regular gum instead of having a cigarette , get some life-savers something . Try a toothpick ??? - Do you workout ? Drink a ton of water

It took me 4 times over a couple of years and going cold turkey worked for me - you need to find what works for you - Once again everybody is different

If I can do it anybody can Hang in there - best thing you can do is keep trying and dont give up
