Default Generator question

Hello all, still no power to my house since the storm. I have a generac generator that was working fine, it’s 7500E Series. Never do I overload it. Last night lost all voltage while the unit was running. Any suggestions? All fuse are ok, I tried the corded drill trick from YouTube. I can’t visibly see any issue or burnt wires or connection. The thing looks pretty new even. Anyone that knows any idea, I am looking for wisdom. No voltage to any outlet from unit.
Thanks, I wish I was fishing.

Did it run out of gas while powering your house? If so u might need to get the coils reenergized. Take it to a local shop

No, it was running 3/4 tank gas. Not much of a load on it. Engine kept running, but we lost voltage to the outlets. I think it’s the automatic voltage regulator.
