Default Day and night bronze bustin'

Got out Saturday night and this afternoon for a few hours. Hit the river both times. Saturday night popped a nice round bronze piggy... right at 18" on the tape. She had a pug nose and a big ass belly--my kind of March lady lol. She ate a large plug.

Fast forward to today. Blustery and low expectations. Water was gin... been a long time since I've seen it that clear considering the rain we've had. Switched it up with soft plastics on a jighead. Slow rolled around holes and eddies. Had a nice 19" bronze porker join the party. Her cold fat ass pulled hard. No jumps. Surface rolling and bull dogging mixed in with some spicy runs that were on fleek lol. Lip 'er and pic with a strong release.

Ooooo its sooo good. Early spring. Watch out fo da big girls!

So bronze it breaks the camera and de-saturates everything else

Here was I thinking the cold front put the smallmouth bite to a rest.

Very nice smallmouth. Now where are those WALLEYES?

Thumbs up Re: Day and night bronze bustin'

Gin clear. All the crap that normally sits on the bottom all fall and winter never had a chance to accumulate. River been flushed many times over the fall and winter. Nice SMB too !

That's the look I was going for. Idiotic blurred filtration to engance false intergalactic disposition.
