Default wild bows

bunch of bugs today, bunch of them crawling up my neck and ears.
I went to a wts which Ive only fished partially once without success.
This time hiked more and found some fish.

Couldnt find any browns or brookies.

Aint 100% if these were all wild, just know the stream isnt stocked. There's stocking points in the river this WTS flows into, but oddly never found any rainbows there in that river despite fishing it the most out of any other WTS. Just browns.

Maybe this is where all the rainbows end up, swimming up this gorge and a making fish babies and staying away from the brown trout in the main river. Pretty cool.

I had the same idea as you today, hit some small wild trout water this afternoon. You did better than I did. Nice catching!

The smaller places that feed the bigger places always have gifts to unwrap! We’re lucky to have these gifts close to home. Those are beautiful wild Bows Luke! Awesome catch!!! Keep on hiking! It’s worth it!
