Had to keep Toggin!
John's seahawk pulled done for the season, but before we wrapped it up sunday we headed out on another boat saturday. The price was right and the company was good, but the conditions weren't great.... fortunately the captain made it happen anyway and I was able to put 36 tog in the boat and 4 keepers in the cooler. Def a scratchy bite, but slow and steady with a patient hook set.
Hooked a lot of fish on the outside of the mouth again, which pretty much tells me there is a weird bite happening down there many of the days. That's 4 trips so far with 2 limits plus some and 2 days of 4 keepers and good short action. Plus the pre-season PB 8 pounder, good season so far!
