My favorite by far. Then comes smallmouth (basically brown trout for warmer water). Then brookies. Rainbows will do but I prefer the 1st 3 when stream fishing.
I don't have a boat or access to one so I never really got into lake trout, walleye, or the other lake dwelling fish. When I'm older and can no longer wade well. ![]() |

Beautiful brown on the Fenwick! Couple of years ago, after going thru the bamboo, graphite craze, I thought about when I was the happiest and went back to Fenwick glass. My favorite being the FF70 which was my original that was broken. Thanks to ebay, I now own almost every model under 9', love the old Fenwicks!!Jack
