I'm extremely embarrassed to admit that was me. I forgot to strap it down. I live blocks away from my ramp and don't usually strap it. But today we went down to Barnegat and were on our way back. That section of the parkway was like whoopty doos with all the construction. I'm just lucky and happy no one was hurt thank god.
